Our Sales Partner Program is splitted into four categories:

Referral Sales Partner, Reseller, Value-Added-Reseller, Branded Reseller (OEM Partner)

You are familiar with the telecommunications industry and are already a seller of telecommunications products or security related solutions to fixed and wireless network operators. You are familiar with the installation and maintenance of network infrastructure or BSS / OSS solutions in the Telco sector.

As an Utimaco Sales Partner you are responsible for selling Utimaco’s LIMS and DRS solutions to the operators in your region. Utimaco’s global presence ensures the support you need for your sales and service delivery activities.

  • Recommends Utimaco LIMS in projects
  • Consults customer concerning Utimaco LIMS
  • Markets Utimaco LIMS in his region
  • Utimaco holds customer relationship

Reseller

  • Active marketing of Utimaco LIMS in dedicated markets
  • Sales and technical pre-sales certification
  • Performs pre-sales independently
  • Independent offers to Reseller’s customers
  • Partner holds customer relationship for the product and service sales
  • Utimaco holds customer relationship for service delivery

Value-Added-Reseller

  • See Reseller, plus in addition:
  • Service certification
  • Performs consulting, installation and after sales services independently
  • Partner holds full customer relationship

Branded Reseller (OEM Partner)

  • Marketing of Utimaco products under own brand
  • Performs pre-sales and after sales (consulting, installation and after sales services)
  • Obtain service and sales certification
  • Partner holds full customer relationship
