At Utimaco, we are taking customer satisfaction seriously, and regularly invite our customers and partners to share their opinion and provide useful feedback in a customer satisfaction survey. We are conducting research on different question types about our products and services. This will help us to make improvements to our services and products and prioritize new developments.
The last Utimaco customer & partner satisfaction survey was run at the turn of the year 2014/2015. 48% of the participants were OEM partners, 38% resellers, and 14% customers. Questions were for example about the satisfaction with Utimaco’s service quality, pricing, technical support quality, marketing, and we asked about the most important features in an LI solution from the participant’s point of view as well as services/solutions that the participants would like to see enhanced at Utimaco.
Overall the satisfaction is ‘good’ or even ‘excellent’ in 60% - 80% of the answers. But of course we also have some areas where we take the answers as additional helpful input to improve our products and services in the future.
